Smoothie Bowl


Basic Recipe:

  • 3-5 : Ripe Chopped Frozen Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup : Any Fruit (can be fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 Cup : Oats (to keep you full longer)
  • 1 Tablespoon : Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon of: Maca Powder, Acai Powder  (Optional)
  • Add Almond Milk or Coconut Water to desired consistency

Toppings I like to add are:

Goji Berries, Fresh Fruit, Gluten Free Granola, Coconut Chips, Cacao Nibs, Spirulina Powder
